Checkley Brook Cyder is a registered small scale producer located in Herefordshire a county synonymous with the drink. We produce fine quality Herefordshire cyder. As a family hobby/project we have been making cyder here since the mid 1970s.
Our quality cyder is made in the traditional way with no use of chemicals or additives of any sort. We make 'real' cyder as a microbrewery may make 'real' ale. We use traditional varieties of apples such as Foxwhelp, Dabinett, Michelin and Kingston Black. We are proud of and have a passion for what we do. We also like to drink it; that is why we make it!
We sell draught to pubs and beer festivals as well as bottled cyder (you can buy it on line). At the moment we produce two blended draught cyders to market. Have a look at our cyder gallery or try some cyder recipes.
